Your order is processed as soon as the payment confirmed. The shipping date will be notified in the order confirmation. Please keep in mind that shipping days = Monday thru Friday. If we ship an item out on a Thursday, 2nd day air, it should arrive on Monday, for instance. We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee the shipping time of an order, and in case of a delay, whether our fault or for reasons beyond our control.
Most in stock orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of your payment.
Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping the goods to the location specified by customer and should inspect freight for loss or damage upon receipt of goods. Please contact to World Helmsman within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the goods if there’s any shortage or defect. World Helmsman shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or caused by: (1) World helmsman can not control the delivery time of the courier, we do not responsible for the delay caused by Customs clearance (2) Natural disasters or the public enemy, (3) The authority of the law, (4) Strikes, riots or quarantine
